Work wiki: question → relevant evidence

Snapshot code has two retrieval front doors. llmwiki asks the local Ollama model using short result previews; it does not automatically read full source pages. Human/agent source inspection is shown separately. Documented --fast and authority exclusion differ from snapshot code. Model/provider outages stop vector search; graph failures can fall back to ordinary ranking. No live queries were run.

Solid teal = code confirmed. Dashed amber = configured or reviewed manual protocol. Human triggers, agent/tool calls, automatic processing, and external systems are labeled. Neither style proves live execution.
