Work wiki: source → source card + project context
Safe route combines documented review gates with the inspected helper. The snapshot helper has no dry-run/project/version-safe update mode: identical titles can overwrite a source card. It summarizes only the first 12,000 characters. Lineage and project gates must be performed separately; several documented tools are absent from this snapshot. Source cards preserve evidence; project pages preserve current or durable context. Actual refresh rebuilds SQLite before embeddings, contrary to the documented order, and has no final freshness gate.
Solid teal = code confirmed. Dashed amber = configured or reviewed manual protocol. Human triggers, agent/tool calls, automatic processing, and external systems are labeled. Neither style proves live execution.
Public derivative: internal provenance and tool snapshots are omitted. The original reviewed graph remains the source of these nodes and directed connections.
